Returns & Cancellations

We want you to love every piece you order from Sisters Boutique Port Douglas. If something is not quite right, you are welcome to return eligible items under the conditions below.

Can I Return My Order?

Yes, you can return items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they meet the following conditions:

• Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all packaging and tags attached

• Products must show only normal signs of handling

• We do not accept returns for items that appear used, damaged or handled carelessly

• Return requests for faulty items must be made immediately upon receipt

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• Returns are processed within seven working days once received

Important Exceptions

• Sale items cannot be returned, as these are limited, end-of-collection pieces that cannot be restocked

• Underwear, shapewear and swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene standards and health regulations

We kindly ask you to double check your sizing and style choices before completing your order. If there is a mistake or fault on our part, please email us and we will make it right.

How to Return Your Order

• Your order number

• Reason for return

• A photo if the item is damaged or faulty

• Your return address

Once we receive your request, our customer care team will guide you through the return process. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back, as return addresses may vary per order.

Important: Some returns may need to be sent to our international processing facilities. Always follow the instructions provided by our team. We cannot accept returns sent to the sender address, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is caused by the customer (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the courier you choose.
If the goods are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the customer will not be required to pay the shipping fee.

Cancellations and Change of Mind

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods.
To request a cancellation, email us for support.
Include a clear message stating that you would like to withdraw from your purchase.

Please note:

• Orders are processed automatically, so we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped

• If your order is already on the way, please wait for delivery and then follow the return steps above

• We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item

• Shipping costs for returned or cancelled orders are not covered by Sisters Boutique Port Douglas
